At Praxis Fabrication, we take pride in building high-quality, made-to-order automotive performance parts. Because each product is fabricated specifically for your vehicle and specifications, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order & Custom Fabrication The majority of our products are built to order. Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned. We encourage you to double-check all vehicle fitment, specifications, and measurements before submitting your order. If you have questions prior to ordering, please contact us — we're happy to help you get it right the first time.
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is a non-custom, in-stock product that has not been installed or used.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original, unaltered condition with all original packaging.
Custom-fabricated, made-to-order, or modified items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Defects & Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or issue a credit at our discretion. Damage caused by improper installation or use is not covered.
Incorrect Orders If we made an error in your order (wrong part, wrong fitment), we will cover the cost of return shipping and either remake the correct part or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return Email info@praxisfabrication.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Do not ship items back without prior written authorization from Praxis Fabrication.
